内容运营 (英文) (全职)

工作职责：

• 主要从事海外地区手机游戏(英语)产品运营

• 承担国外游戏项目的整体内容运营，承担海外经营相关KPI；

• 海外本地语系化调整承担游戏，包括将游戏内部软件融入国外市场本地语系变更的转变；

• 跟踪游戏海外运营数据，具体承担区域内的游戏商品运营策略，并跟踪实施；

• 深入研究所承担国外用户(用户行为、消费观念、节日等)的线上线下活动策划，游戏调优；

• 承担国外版本规划和版本管理；

• 承担国际版本的开发要求，促进各种产品的生产，并承担产品版本升级和产品上线后的整体运营（实施相关活动策划、文案翻译、游戏本地语言系统、游戏公告等，按时导出数据分析报告等)；

• 与研发深入沟通商品价值，积极调整反馈市场客户等信息。

• 本科以上学历，澳门当地人海外留学或工作背景优先，英语办公；

• 爱游戏市场，拥有至少2年的海外手机游戏运营经验，对国外手机游戏市场有全面的了解，至少有详细的手机游戏运营经验；

• 了解国外游戏产业的发展趋势，深入了解玩家的要求，对不同付费水平的客户心理状态有深入的见解；

• 掌握国外 App Store 及 Google Play 管道标准，了解各阶段手机游戏运营的核心点；

• 具有良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力，善于解决复杂问题，具有良好的学习能力和理解能力，能主动思考难题；

Product Operations (Full Time)

Job Description:

• Mainly focus on operation of mobile game overseas projects:

• Responsible for overall overseas product operation of projects and its KPI.

• Localize overseas products, e.g. transforming the internal system of the product in order to fit in the local market.

• Keeping track of the operation data of the project, implement and follow up with the operation strategy of the project.

• Analyse users attributes (Users behavior, consumption habits, local festivals, etc.) in overseas regions to implement both online and offiline events planning and game optimization.

• Planning and managing overseas versions of products.

• Confirming development requirements for the overseas projects, as well as preparing versions updates and operational tasks such as project-related events planning, social media content preparation, game localization, game announcement and regular project ysis reports etc.

• Communicating with R&D on project values, and evaluating users's feedback.

Requirements:

• Macau ID holder

• Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, Macau residents with overseas work/study background are preferred.

• Passionate in Games Industry with at least 2 years experience in related field. Have a deep understanding of the industry with at least 1 full game operation experience.

• Familiar with the development trends of the industry, understand the needs of players, have in-depth insights of the users attributes.

• Familiar with the rules of App Store & Google Play, as well as the core points of game operations of the project at different stages.

• Excellent critical thinking & communication skills and learning & understanding ability, as you will have to diantle complex problems. 

• Sensitve to data, ability to yse data and data optimization.

运营社交媒体 (英文) (全职)

工作职责：

• 主要从事海外地区手机游戏(英语)产品运营

• 负责公司海外社交平台建设、运营、流量实现、客户关系维护； 

• 承担外国社交媒体(包括但不限于:Facebook、Twitter、discord、reddit Instgram、YouTube、tiktok等。)规划、推广和发布工作，具有独立写作内容输出和策划活动的能力； 

• 与粉丝建立良好的联系，探索潜在客户的要求，协助潜在用户解决问题，引导用户通过各种新媒体渠道进入相关社交账户； 

• 擅长数据分析，整合数据策划在线推广方案；

• 跟上市场上新鲜内容的生产，整合产品创意导出

Job Description:

• Mainly focus on Social Media of mobile game overseas projects:

• Responsible for overseas social media channels establishment, operation and traffic, as well as performing customer service to users.

• Creating and publishing content on overseas social media channels (including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

• Planning events independently.

• Establish a good relationships with users, tap the needs of potential customers, and answer their enquiries.

• Prepare online promotional plans based on data anaylsis.

• Keep up with the trend in the market to create bright and creative content.

Requirements:

• Macau ID holder

• Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, Macau residents with overseas work/study background are preferred.

• Passionate in Games Industry and familiar with overseas social media channels and technology in related field, with  at least 2 years experience of managing social media channel.

工作职责：

• 主要从事海外地区手机游戏(全球)市场BD

• 承担手机游戏对外合作资源的整合，维护媒体关系，负责日常沟通，开展媒体邀请、推送、跟踪实施；

• 配合整体推广方案，开展资源拓展与资源沟通与工作，统计反馈信息；

• 环节配合项目需求有针对扩大沟通合作资源；

• 预订、发布日常新闻，媒体合作活动策划、媒体关系维护、资源扩张、日常媒体广告和数据反馈；

• 配合有关部门和管理部门对合作资源进行反馈和总结，及时整理对外资源进行反馈。

Job Description:

• Mainly focus on Business Development tasks for overseas (global) market:

• Integrating mobile game foreign coopertaion resources, maintaing relationships with Media through daily communications by following up and inviting them to events.

• cooperate with the overall promotional plan, carry out resource development, communication and implementation. Collect statistics and feedback from such.

• Meet the needs of the project and expand the communication and resources in a targeted manner.

• Daily news reservation and press release, media cooperation plan, maintain media relationship, resource expansion, daily media posting and data ysis.

• cooperate with relevant departments to complete tasks accurately, and yse feedback on external resources regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
